Packaging and Shipping Instructions

A. Packaging

Pack your products using the steps below.

Please carefully read the approval e-mail as it contains the address to which you should return your product(s). It may contain a UPS prepaid label for countries for which SanDisk provides a label and any extra documentation you may need to send along with your product(s) (Commercial invoice, tax number for specific countries).

1. Use a padded envelope

Please use a padded envelope with internal cushioning material, like bubble wrap.

For single Internal hard disk drives, place the drive to an ESD bag or similar material to prevent ESD.

2. Pack your envelope

Print your Warrany Replacement confirmation email. Insert it into your padded envelope, along with your SanDisk product(s).

3. Do not send accessories

DO NOT send any accessories like headphones, cables, plastic cases, adapters etc.

4. Seal the envelope

Seal/tape the envelope to secure the device(s) in the envelope.

5. Provide signed documents

If you were provided with a Commercial Invoice, print three (3) copies of this document, and sign them. Provide the signed documents to the UPS driver or the UPS access point or to your carrier along with the sealed envelope.

B. Shipping

You should have already received the shipping label if you purchase one from us during your Warranty Replacement creation process.
Follow the next steps to complete your return

1. Print your packing slip

If you received a prepaid UPS shipping label, please print and attach it to your envelope using clear packing tape or a label sleeve. Make sure the entire label is visible and undamaged. Then, give your envelope to a UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS access point.

2. Send & track the package

For countries where we do not provide a UPS prepaid label, please send your SanDisk® device(s) to the address provided on the Warranty Replacement confirmation e-mail using your local postal service or a carrier. Make sure to request a tracking number and a receipt of the postage.
