Sandisk Business Rewards members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits. All program and tier benefits are detailed here.
Approval is subject to eligibility criteria, such as business type, region, and other related factors. Business members and channel partners can request to join through their account. For new business accounts, follow the steps below to join.
- Register to be a business member or channel partner.
- Submit your request to join the rewards program on the last step of registration.
- After submission, we will review your request and contact you via email with an eligibility update.
- Once approved, enjoy a Welcome Reward of 2,000 points and shop for eligible products to earn more.

No, the program is free to participate in. However, to earn points, approved customers must purchase eligible products from the Sandisk online store or Sandisk-authorized distributors.

Select products of the Sandisk portfolio are eligible to earn points. These products can be purchased on the Sandisk online store or from a Sandisk-authorized distributor. The full list of eligible products can be found here.
For all Sandisk online store orders, points earned will be pending in your Points Activity for 30 days to account for Sandisk’s return window. Once a return is submitted against an order, the pending points will be removed from your account. If you return an order for which a Business Rewards discount code was applied, the discount code will not be reactivated. Once redeemed for a code, points are non-refundable.
For all orders made with Sandisk-authorized distributors, any points earned will be pending on your account for 30 days. As there is no set return window for orders placed with Sandisk-authorized distributors, returns can be submitted at any time and points will subsequently be deducted from your account.
For returns, Sandisk may deduct points per unit equivalent to the highest point value for such unit at Sandisk’s sole discretion.
Submit your request through the Contact Us form. We will review your request and make the adjustments to your account. Once the changes are reflected in your account, you will not earn additional points. Any available points and discount codes must be used before they expire. You will still have access to view your Points Activity after all points and codes have expired.

Point Information
Products that are eligible to earn points can be found here. Business members must make qualifying product purchases on the Sandisk online store. Channel partners will receive points on qualifying purchases from both Sandisk-authorized distributors and the Sandisk online store.
All customers purchasing on the Sandisk online store must be signed in to earn points on eligible products. For orders made through authorized distributors, Sandisk will post points to the member account once POS data is provided by the distributor.
At this time, any purchases made on the Sandisk online store using a Business Rewards discount code will not earn points.
All customers are eligible to earn up to 10,000,000 points on purchases and other points activities per calendar year. Points earned from bonus promotions will count towards the 10,000,000-point maximum.
All points earned in a calendar year will expire at the end of the same calendar year, except pending points. Any points pending on December 31st will rollover to the next calendar year.
Approved customers have access to track and redeem points for discount codes in their member account. Available discount codes depend on the customer’s available point balance. Once generated, discount codes can be applied during checkout toward any products sold on the Sandisk online store.
All available discount codes will be at least $100 value or more. The exact amount in other currencies is dependent on the currency exchange rate.
To use a discount code generated with points, the order total, before shipping, must be greater than the value of the discount. Discount codes are applicable on all products sold on the Sandisk online store but cannot be combined with certain offers. All discount codes are one time use only and expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were generated. Any purchases made on the Sandisk online store using a Business Rewards discount code will not earn points.
Once redeemed for a code, points are non-refundable. If you return an order for which a Business Rewards discount code was applied, the discount code will not be reactivated.
All approved rewards members can go to My Account on the Sandisk online store to view their available points balance and any rewards they may be eligible for. Point information is also available for rewards members on the Sandisk Business Portal.
For all Sandisk online store orders, any points earned will be pending on your account for 30 days to account for our return window.
For all orders made with Sandisk-authorized distributors, any points earned will be pending on your account for 30 days from the transaction date with the distributor. We must first receive the POS data from the distributor to post pending points to your account.
Any points pending on 31st December will rollover to the next calendar year.
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase and you do not see the points from your order as pending or approved, please contact us.
Tier Information
Upon approval to join the program, all customers start at Onyx Tier status. Tier status is based on points earned on purchases and other activities completed during the calendar year. Once a tier status is achieved, it will be in effect until the end of the next calendar year. Tier progress resets at the start of each calendar year. Click here to view all tier benefits and points required for each tier.
Pending points will not count towards tier progress. Any points earned in bonus point promotions or other point activities will count towards tier progress.
You will continue to enjoy the associated benefits of any tier status achieved in a calendar year until the end of the next calendar year. If you unlocked Ruby or Diamond in a previous year, you need to earn the minimum points required to maintain the status for the next calendar year.
For example, if you earned Diamond on 1st August, 2025, you would remain Diamond status until 31st December, 2026. To maintain Diamond status for 2027, you must earn the minimum points required for Diamond by the end of 2026.
Ruby and Diamond members are eligible for a points multiplier at redemption. Ruby members receive 1.1x points, while Diamond members receive 1.2x points. This multiplier is automatically applied based on your tier status at redemption. If you are a Ruby or Diamond member, less points will be required to generate discount codes in comparison to Onyx members.
